End Users are defined as manufactures of goods sold directly to consumers, not for resale (e.g. manufactures in the food & beverage, technology, automotive, textile, beauty & healthcare industry). Email congress@biopolymerworld.com  to receive your special promotional code for the offer. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations must be received by the 1st day of the prior month to the month of the event and are subject to a EUR 100 cancellation handling fee. All fees are non-refundable after the 1st day of the prior month to the month of the event. Substitution of registrant within the same organisation is permissible at any time at no charge (please contact the Conference Organisers and we will be happy to assist you in transferring your registration). Non-Solicitation Policy The conference is intended to enable our sponsors/exhibitors the exclusive right to promote their products and services to the delegates of the conference. All other attendees are prohibited from engaging in the marketing of their products and services in all designated areas of the conference and anywhere in the host hotel or local area. Violators of these restrictions will be expelled from the event and the host hotel without reimbursement. All attendees, including Sponsors/Exhibitors, agree that any special events (i.e any organised social events or technical programs and seminars during or within seven days either side of the conference days within the geographical region of the conference venue) must be in consultation with, and formally pre-approved well in advance by the conference organisers in writing. Without exception, all attendees to the Congress are required to strictly adhere to this condition. Photography Attendees should be aware that the Biopolymer World Organisers and others may be taking photographs and video during this conference. Such photos and video are only taken in public areas of the conference (session rooms, exhibit halls, etc.). The Biopolymer World Organisers may use such media in future marketing materials and publications. Hotel Booking Hotel Conference registration and hotel booking is a combined one-step process. Complete the Credit Card Information Form to reserve your place at the Biopolymer World Congress and reserve your hotel accommodation. (Hotel accommodation cost is not included in the conference registration fee). Changes to Hotel Booking Any modifications to your hotel booking (e.g. changes to travel dates or room requirements) should be made DIRECTLY to the NH Laguna Palace at reservation.nhlagunapalace@nh-hotels.com  or by telephone:  +39 041 8296111. In the unlikely event the hotel has no availability on some of the requested nights, the hotel will inform you directly.  Hotel Cancellation Policy •Up until the 23 March 2012: no penalty will be charged for cancellations •Between 24 March 2012 - 3 April 2012: Hotel will directly charge your credit card with one room night cancellation fee. •From 4 April 2012 - 13 April 2012: Hotel will directly charge your credit card with two room nights cancellation fee. •For any cancellations received after 14 April 2012: Hotel will directly charge your credit card with the total amount booked. •NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% Important Information:  Any cancellations to your hotel booking should be made 23 March 2012 to avoid any hotel cancellation charges. **Please note discounts cannot be combined and are not retroactive.
