APINAT®: THE NATURAL CHOICE
APINAT® series bioplastics are the result of constant research and development at API Spa, the leading Italian
producer of thermoplastic compounds.
APINAT® bioplastics are biodegradable in an aerobic conditions in line with EN 13432, EN 14995 and ASTM
D6400 standards.
APINAT® holds an international patent for its flexibility and softness, properties that make it unique in comparison
with every other bioplastics available.
API has an increasing commitment in developing products which make a significant contribution to reducing CO2
emissions and the greenhouse effect. This dedication has also led to the development of the APINAT series of
bioplastics derived from renewable raw materials.
